I'm pretty sure the predator shotgun is in a stash that only appears inside the theater room if you've talked to a specific NPC who is nearby during one of the missions and have good rapport with the faction they belong to. They tell you a story about some actor or something and how the site holds historical significance and stalkers like to hide their stashes in places like that then you go to the stage and there is a big safe in the middle of the stage that is empty and the mutant cat attacks you, afterward you go inside and there is another stash hidden inside.
It's always there, I just grabbed it while dicking around fighting that cat. Unless maybe it appears after the apple shooting mission with ringmaster or whatever his name was
I'm pretty sure you're "pretty" wrong because I found the Predator without talking to the NPC you mentioned, in fact there is no NPC near that area except random spawns ofc
You can find the rpg-7 in the wooden house during the "switch off the psi-emitters" mission, after you speak to Faust you can go out and to the last building at the back with the van by it, I jumped in the vans broken window, the the vans roof and onto the red steel frame next to the building, from there you jump onto the building and find your way into the broken part of the floor, drop down and the rpg-7 is sitting on a table for you.
The shack right before that one has a hole in the floor board go down there to the right takes you to the other section of the shacks where the stairs will be accessible
3:32 holy shit I'm so god damn glad you said that. There's a glitch to prevent you from sprinting but it's very rare. After grabbing the exo armor I (was able to sprinting for a little bit then it stopped) was getting pretty pissed while using it as I got jumped by 2 mutants and like 8 guys 💀
So, the weird nut is a broken artifact for a LOT of people, in the sense that you can't find it at all. It either doesn't spawn all the time, sometimes falls off the scaffolding, or doesn't spawn at all. I have run through there 15-20 times while doing other missions and things in the mean time and never once has it been there for me. Others have reported the same problem on forums.
Are you referring to the one that's shown when he's picking up that exo skeleton in his inventory ? If so then it's probably the SEVA Suit you can find in "Wild Territory". There's a field of electric anomalies(the one with the crashed helicopter) and right above some train wagons is a stash location, the SEVA Suit spawned next to said stash for me. You're locking for something that resembles a crane cockpit/cab
There are only 2 areas you can't visit after the starting area and that's prypiat and SIRCAA. You can parkour into prypiat though by jumping over a tiny barbed fence and go into Jupiter and walk into the city. There's also a hub in the city with a guide so, you can enter and leave using them once you reach the hub and interact with him.
So how does armor stats work, does helmets and suits stack, like if there’s a helmet with 2.5 bars and a suit 2.5 bars in physical protection, do they stack and is actually better then the exoskeleton?
Helmet defence contributes to environmental resistances as well as shielding the head if it has physical. I don’t think they contribute to body protection from piercing and bullets.

The LMG uses 7.62 ammo which is 3 to 4 times more expensive than rifle ammo and does around the same damage. im pretty far into the game and ive got 600 fmj rounds for the LMG. I"d muhc rather use my SVD rifle with that ammo since it does so much more damage per hit
On my first try the waypoint said 90m down. So it spawned underground. Thats why I save before any mission or artifact i go for. Saved me loads of stress.
I never found the Decider because that idiot said it was by the big wooden spools. It's not! It's upstairs on that box 😑So I killed the Burer's then told him to go get it himself...... It doesn't look like it's better than what I had so no big loss I suppose.

Go play another game. They have always been a part of STALKER. Wanting a key component to be changed because you don't understand how to deal with it, is why most games now days hold your hand and wipe your ass. Learn to adapt champ.
Thats has been a staple for STALKER. Controller needs a line of sight for it to do his psi damage, so just some potshots and headshots will do. Burer just wait for that to lower his shields...or just grenade him

Better off looking for weapons in stashes. Only time I really pick up weapons off NPC's is if it's unique. Found the Gauss Gun on an NPC. Other than that mission rewards and stashes should be your go to

I think after the prologue you're free to explore to your hearts content.
It’s by zones your progress one zone at a time through the story missions
