There's a lot of lakes I've wanted to ice fish for pike for a long time lol, but I think I know the one you mean. I've always wanted to drag my boat up there and try it for bass (and bowfin apparently)
@@TeamActionAngling yep. It's pretty solid, full-blown multi species day possible there as well. One of these days man. Just drag your butt up and hop in my boat lol
Nice video! Enjoyed watching and appreciate the review on the Temu baitcaster. For the money, I personally think they are a really good deal for just your average person fishing. Keep up the good work!
I'd probably rather buy a vintage Abu Garcia etc. for the same value. maybe you can do a video like that . comparing a couple in same price bracket for actual casting distance, ease of use etc. I have an old Silstar one smooth as butter still after 3 decades.
A certain lake you've been talking about icefishing for pike for many years has tons of bowfin and they love jigs

As a budget reel for someone who is just getting into fishing it's definitely something to consider. Great video as always. Cheers.
Very true!
You can open the break cap and pull out the spool.

That's a great idea! When spring comes , along with the local tackle swap meets I'll have to do that. Thanks !
Hmmm.... nice spot 😉
That fish would have never touched water again...they make great racoon food
