    We have started to deploy CIPP to enhanse our standardization, i think the tool would also benifit our helpdesk but it appears that even with custom roles you cant provide granular permissions. One example is the ability to reset a global admin password, today our helpdesk cant do the GDAP permissions they have but we dont have a way to prevent that without restricting the ability to reset any passwords. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions on that?

    You went from Account Management in Lighthouse without an offboard user tab to suddenly having it available. I don't see that option on my end. How did you manage to get it to appear? I have all the bells and whistles on...
