Not sure if discord tried to clarify, but the robot suit 'Gunny' Bobby Draper was wrestling, was actually one of their augmented suits, so it's not a robot. It basically is increasing your strength, but needs to be variable to adapt to the strength of the wearing person. For fun testing they arm wrestle the suits.
I have absolutely no evidence for this, but I somehow always also got the impression that they're pushing the limits of how much machine-strength they can pack into the joints of the suits, which is why a strong human can still overpower the machinery.

Regarding your old theory about Julie/Miller relationship, I haven't read through the comments so don't know if anyone else mentioned this, but you were thrown off by an early mistake. Miller got the necklace while investigating Julie's apartment, not from his own place. Remember it was the same time he heard her emails with her Dad. It was driving me nuts because I wanted to mention it, but I just started watching the reactions last week, so you two were already well ahead of me. You guys are doing a great job, very entertaining. Hope you garner more viewers, you've earned it. 😎
In the first scene training sequence, Gunnery Sergeant Roberta (Bobbie) Draper ran through the valley to "stimulate the combat electronic environment"...causing the hidden guns to turn on their tracking radar and reveal their locations to her comrades. They then remotely fed the location positions back to her suit to program her backpack missiles. The Martian armor takes a lot directly from Robert A Heinlein's original novel "Starship Troopers" (not the accursed movie). Beard growth is about the only way they really indicate that even with the Epstein Drive, space travel takes weeks or months. It's a good thing you noted the mugshot of the guy who made the assassination attempt on Avasarala, but check it again...it was a Black Sky Faction Belter. Oh, you miss the cliffhangers? You have been heard!

Side note, outside of specific heavier arms, most personal weapons on ships fire plastic bullets to prevent hull penetration. So the Martian armor has a huge advantage over regular guns. Besides just being harder material armor anyway.

Funny you should stay you want to play a game in the universe it started off as a Tabletop RPG they also thought about making a video game but ultimately it was made into a book series and then the TV show
The arm wrestling machine was rigged to be tough but beatable, otherwise no one would try it. It's not capable of focus or will, but Gunny was, which is why she was able to overcome it. It's a bit on-the-nose, but it isn't (quite) as absurd as you think.

But I think it's worth your time to come back to this episode and listen to all of Miller's dialogue. There is a story point that isn't deeply addressed in the TV series, but is super cool as a Science Fiction concept and it explains a ton about Miller's actions and motivations. You will catch a hint of what that is if you review his dialogue. I will assume you haven't noticed it. I didn't notice it. It was explained in a Ty and that Guy episode.
