OK, I, like the guy before me hit this before bedtime. Now I can't go to bed. Darling, you sound like a young Alison Krauss. She started off as a not so attractive young lady but grew into a beautiful woman. Her Angelic voice haunts me every night, and now perhaps yours as well. There is nothing like Bluegrass that can lighten up a night and also make a heart sing. You darling are every bit as good as Alison, just not as well known yet. I can listen to to you and your boys for days. I pray ya'll get the exposure you deserve!!!
Hello I am from crab orchard WV, and I love the Lord as you do to, I am so thankful that I found your music and I am playing it for my friends, I wish you all the very best,
I stumbled upon this, right before bedtime. Needless to say I couldn't stop listening to this amazing music that hit my ears. It's definitely some of the best music I've heard in a while. Thank you for giving me something to be thankful for. Life is hard sometimes, and just listening to something so real and special as this just ease's the pain even if it's just for a short time. Peace and love y'all 🤟
I just found Raised Southern tonight (12/24/2023) and am blessed soooo much! I know exactly what you mean floydmills8963!! I concur 100%. Their videos have moved me tonight and are just the message that God wanted me to hear on His Son's birthday!! Couldn't have expressed it better: "Life is hard sometimes, and just listening to something so real and special as this just ease's the pain even if it's just for a short time."
Einfach grandios! Es ist so schön euch zuzuhören und auch zu zusehen, wie ihr spielt. Man sieht eure Leidenschaft für zeitlose und zeitgemäßer Country & Bluegrassmusik. Mir und vielen anderen geht einfach das Herz auf. Danke. Einen lieben Gruß aus dem Schwarzwald. (Germany)
I don’t if I am one of your most loyal friends that listens to your recording s but I love to think that I am still one of the most grateful ones Thank you
You deserve much-much more attention! Vilvaldi's 3rd, Storm piece of Summer was the top! Thank You! Lady Fiddle is bloody good! The audience can feel that she is enjoying playing. And that,s very important. Maybe the most.
Great Job As long as young talent like this pops up ! It really gives you a little hope knowing that all genres of music has hope ! They can play anything as good as it has ever been played ! And some of it even better than original ! Bless all of y’all Hope you have many great years ,enjoy yalls music so much ! Thank you
"Red like the mud in the Georgia clay",,words that hit like a dry clump, and goes into a powder that I remember so well. My brother must have hit me with a million of them. He would throw them at me and I threw them at him, and my mother would hate it but wash the cloths anyway. Writing that hits the hearts of people where they live.
did you know there's a stripe of white clay running across the middle of Georgia.. kaolinite clay... to make plates with... a company out there sent me a 5 gallon bucket full about 10 years ago... I make palladium spoons from it .. most people make plates from it... plates... from palladium... I figured it out.. but I wasn't the first bright boy to come down the pike
I approve of this band and their songs, (and yes, I"m talking to you!) This music is beautiful! These young people are so talented, and turning their skills and talent to classic American folk songs is ...beautiful. I love the recording of Sixteen Tons ( ...my spoof during my training ran, "You work eighty hours and what do you get? Another week older and deeper in debt....St. Peter don't you call me, I can't go today. I owe my soul to Sallie Mae!") But they don't need a spoof when they perform like this. They can carry off the songs "straight". And these artists are so much more mature than the Glee Kids and even than the Hamilton Broadway crowd. This is worth their while, in my humble opinion. And for folk singers to do a little "entertainment education" when they perform is part of the folk genre, as Pete Seeger himself always did. Have you thought of recording the song that I learned from the Cynthia Voigt young adult novel called, A Solitary Blue, that goes, "Oh Lord, you know I have no friend but you"?, the one that got spoofed in the Mercedes add that actually spoofs the Mercedes customers, not the folk song? These musicians would do it beautifully. And the Christian hymn, "We are one in the spirit, we are one in the Lord?" (one of my favorites as my church friends know. Though the hymn is from the nineteen seventies, it sounds so much better than the drivvel songs in Hunger Games! I actually sang the lullaby, "Tender Shepherd, Tender Shepherd, Watches over his own sheep.....one in the meadow, two in the garden, three in the nursery fast asleep" to a very ill little girl in the hospital named Tatiana....Why doesn't this group sing real songs like that? REAL songs, REAL art. They have the talent to do it beautifully as REAL art. This is light years better than "K pop". I'm guessing these singers would perhaps agree. There's real beauty here, in doing real folk art. And just because it's as easy for them as falling off a log, doesn't mean it isn't worth while, this wonderful art that they're making.
Fantastic, always a great blessing, just enjoyed Burns Night music and poetry here in Northern Ireland having that Ulster/Scots background.Just watched and heard a tune you play and had to comment,God Bless you.Ian,Belfast.

Lovely! And with the classical influence too, just about perfect!. I wonder if you guys could manage to play your interpretation of Rodrigo's 'Concierto de Aranguez'
Every song is wonderful. the music, vocals, harmony, everything. Lots of your vids have great backdrops but ever consider doing on an old-fashioned front porch? Folk/Christian music (Southern Raised songs, of course)? give it some thought? As always, Put God First in everything
If you get a chance to com to my town here I’ll sure appreciate hearing you live someday in this new year text me if and when you can do it that way Meanwhile God bless and keep safe
I love listening to your music. Just ran across it this evening. How beautiful. I scan UA-cam for new music daily. So happy to have found yours and bless you for sharing it with the world. I must ask, what is the beautiful red flickering light coming from? Didn't appear as it you had a light guy in this video. So, just curious, that's all. Keep spewing out the tunes. Spew it likes it's confetti. Peace, love and joy, ALWAYS ❤️😂👍❤️

Amen sister AMEN 🙏🏼
Great preformance, you are now one of our favorite bands! Love all the instrumentation, singing is fab. Hey where did you get that cool bass!!
¿Qué clase de música es? Es la primera vez que lo escucho y me gusta.
Southern raised
💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛
Why don’t you do a classical album in your style. Call it Southern Raised Blue Class.
WOW
I love you guys and I know how hard performing is. But I would be remiss if I didn't say that the harmonies on over the rainbow just didn't work.
Western movers
nice music but that girl talks WAAAY too much
Gratitude, is a good thing ,they are awesome!
Very nice, but Lindsey talks a lot
Lindsay's a fine front lady! When she talks, she has something to say, unlike the drunks in the audience!
She's doing her job as promoter of the band.❤❤❤
