Sorry to hear you had a rough couple of days Libby. The documentary sounds really interesting, do you remember what it was called? Great to see you getting back into your workouts. That is my focus at the moment, to be more consistent with exercise and movement. I watched this fantastic documentary called yoga women through FMTV and it's got my so inspired! Love the time stamp during your vlogs :) Take it easy with your heal!
+Rachel Jones Hi Rachel. The documentary was called Storm Surfers. I really enjoyed it :-). Thankfully my heal is all better :-). I seem to be managing a few walks and at least one weights workout each week - which is better than nothing.
