Gauri becomes inconsolable when Jagdish asks her to leave for Mumbai at the earliest but seeing Anandi outside their room, the former loses her cool. At the dinner table, she expresses her resentment but the family tries to control their anger.
The original clutter breaker of Indian TV, Balika Vadhu, leads the pack when it comes to socially relevant shows. The journey of the show began with a focus on child marriages and over time, has progressed to woman empowerment. Destiny now seems to hold a terrible twist for the show's protagonist, Anandi, as her own daughter may face a similar fate- A Child Marriage.
