Tbh, its not like I liked the previous version of Ashley more...it just bothers me how now devs are only "allowed" to do one type of female character, or its a bad female character. You've got male characters that range from strong to weak, from smart to dumb, from mature to total clowns...but with women, its GOT to be "mature, smart and strong". Always. All the time. Even when they're supposed to be regular civilians, they're still almost always like that now.

There's games with characters, including the protagonists, destroying, robbing, murdering, etc. but snowflakes want to get their ballistics in a wad over flirty dialogue, commenting on someone's figure, etc. "Sure, go ahead and shoot that person in the face, but don't you dare comment on their figure!" - VR fairy developer's logic
