Love these historical ones, and thank you for putting up the photos! The only thing I had to look up was those money values after inflation and conversion.
I have a suggestion for the viewer with the Kaiser Manhattan, call it Frankie, Frank Sinatra was huge in the 50s and his nick name use to be ol' blue eyes, I love the podcast guys it's nice to hear Joe ,Nolan, James, and Jeremiah be themselves I think James likes it's the most sense he gets to say poop and pee words😂 I actually have an old Chrysler from 1969 and an 02 Buick LeSabre I turned into a 50s lowrider/hotrod. Keep up the hustle guys you all will always have my respect, and keep that voice silky Nolan!
Long time listener, first time caller. Indiana local here, Dillinger famously stole a tommy gun from the Indiana state police in his escape that you covered here.
The best getaway cars are the ones that suit where your doing the running, city streets a mini cooper S. Top speed doesn't mean as much you want acceleration and manoeuvrability, your weaving through traffic and flying down back streets and alleys the cops are stuck in a big burly cruiser
@Sukotto tsukeshi good shout maybe the Fiesta RS although I'm not sure how much smaller that is nowadays lol. They have got bigger and bigger over the years
@matthew natividad yeah going back to the movies they mention Drive is the best because it shows the best way to get away is to get out the car ASAP. You cant keep running lose the cars get into a multi storey car park somewhere under cover either dump the car and walk or switch cars
Glad it's Zach and not the girls standing in this time. Idk which one, but one of them sounded like they were reading to a class of 3rd graders and it completely took me out of the story. Really wanted to listen, but that voice was too damn distracting.
Thanks for bringing some images back to the podcast over here! Noticed and appreciated 👏

NASCAR literally started as who had the fastest getaway car lmao
I heard they were bootleggers, is that technically the same as getaway cars?
@@speedracer2please I mean they used their cars to outrun police so yea.
Had to rewind and listen back to 10 minutes id missed by the time I stopped laughing at the thought of a police horse riding a bike😅😅😅
Damn. Zach Jobe in James' place. Nonetheless, what an amazing podcast. Keep up with the amazing work guys.
Knew I was gonna be hearing New Vegas when yall said Primm
In Tucson, we have "Dillinger Days". It's a two day party at the Hotel Congress, where they got him.

Why did I just find about donut podcast.. I'm quite upset lol
I thought the car resides in Primm's Vicky and Vance casino with that protector robot?
Why is zack good at everything
This episode goes to show how much of a travesty it is Jobe wasn’t a regular.
It's funny that he thought he was wrong with east Chicago Indiana but that is a real place 😂
No mention of the lotus carlton?! Daaaang!
IIRC OJ had a white bronco also and AC only had one because he wanted to have the same car as OJ
