Spectacular cover. This was not easy... I know... I tried. How perfectly you nailed it makes me admire Les even more: he wrote it and sings at the same time. What a genius.
Frickin' GREAT job, man. I've been intending to cover this song for my channel too but I just can't cover it as well as I'd like. There's the basic notes and main riff, which I can play no problem, but all the tricky fills and transitions and rhythmic trickery is just SO hard to get. But you make it seem effortless. Bravo.

How do you play 3:15? I've been really struggling with it. It doesn't look like you're playing 5-9 really fast like most tabs tell you. What are you doing exactly?
Carl I noticed on your maximum the hormone covers the audio you used for their songs are slightly different than mine. Better even. Somewhat higher pitched and even some different singers. Like on the song Ningen Enpi it is almost COMPLETELY different than mine. May I ask where you got those versions? Thanks.

Brinxz It depends on how difficult I think the song is. This one took me pretty much 2 weeks to be confident enough to record the video, practising an hour or so everyday. I had to take a break midway through to heal some blisters too :p Thanks for watching!

I'm considering to get one of those basses... but I want to do some research first.
I play a lot of different kinds of music, mostly rock, punk and metal but other things too. I know a lot of people use the warwicks for metal and funk and jazz, but is there anything that it wouldn't work that well with?
If you ask me Warwick is the most versatile and crisp tone sounding bass. If I could afford one I would no doubt go for one. The sounds you can get on a Warwick are absolutely the best for any style of music. My personal preference is musicman basses, because, in my opinion, are almost as good in versatility and just as crisp. So if you absolutely couldn't get a Warwick, get a Musicman Stingray HH
What about the rockbass series? Some of them seem to have a pretty decent price
If it suits your fancy and your pricerange, I say go for it
