He will use it on them.

And this is just another reason the legal system in the USA is such a laugh. Even the damn lawyers don't understand their own crap. And the 7 interpretors are just as much in the dark as everyone else. And God forbid they would rewrite with common understandable language that would retire half the lawyers.
Good call. Common understandable language would be common law, not the maritime admiralty law and legalese being used in these crackerjack shakedown, legalized extortion courts today. When they ask you if you understand, just sayn
Exactly right about lawyers. They intentionally write stuff so it can be argued. Benefits of a high priced education. Zero common sense

Gavin....in order to use a payday lendet, you have to have a checking acct in good standing. Also, young people do not use them. Its working class people.
Also payday lenders grmet blamed for high int rates, and you see commerciald damning them, wgen its actually not a payday lender at all! Its a conventional loan place online that charges $2000 to borrow $1000.
I used to borrow from Advance America because on Disability/SSI in California I just couldn't make it thru the month any longer. It was better than borrowing money from a relative or friend & at a certain point it was almost like an addiction in trying to get off of it. I had other friends in the same boat. It was basically like having a 30 day American Express Card. But it kept gas in my car & kept the phone on.
Thank you, thank you!! I just listened to Johnny Cash's version of "Hurt." This is an old man singing about past regrets, which I relate to. I have not heard Trent Reznor's version of a young man's song about addiction. My dad was an alcoholic who quit drinking and won the battle. He lived to be 94 years old. Thankfully, we were able to heal a lot of what went wrong in our father/daughter relationship before he died. My dad was an investor in Johnny Cash's first film, "Five Minutes to Live" in 1960. He plays an invasion robber who terrorizes a mother and her son. The first cut of the film was riveting. I saw it at a private screening on Sunset Blvd. The final version, re-edited to give the lead actress, Kay Forrester, a bigger part, was laughed out of the theater. Her husband was the executive producer. I know, because I was at a sneak preview at the Wiltern Theater, corner of Western and Wilshire Blvds. The entire audience at this enormous old movie palace was in stitches throughout what was supposed to be a taut thriller, before it was ruined. Dad got his money out of the movie, sensing a disaster. I don't know if he lost any or not. Later, in 1967, the film was released on the drive-in movie circuit as "Door-to-door Maniac" and it made a bundle, from what I heard. Johnny Cash could've been a major movie star and I don't know why he wasn't. Maybe that early venture cooled him on the whole idea.
love Johnny Cash, but he was borderline as an actor, being kind about it. there's a good episode of COLUMBO where he plays a treacherous killer/pilot, killing Ida Lupino ,and a young girl. no spoilers, as that show always starts off w/ the murder. the ending sucked, but it's worth seeing. they use a kind of scarlett film color in the cockpit which makes Johnny look pure evil. his best work was the one where he plays Frank James, to Kris Kristofferson's Jesse. Willie Nelson does a good cameo in court to vouch for Frank's character. another borderline actor. but a good director w/ a good editor can get a performance out of a non-actor. non-pros try too hard. like when athletes act. Marvin Hagler did a deodorant ad, and he was terrible. he was trying to get rid of the stink of his last decision against Leonard. they desecrated Hagler's belt by putting it on Ray. then ,the fight that WAS an actual draw (Hearns/Leonard II), burned Hearns bad, as everyone could see he dropped Leonard twice. a 'W' was more like it. I could at least accept a draw for Hagler/Leonard.
@@tonym994 I saw the one with Kris Kristofferson as Jesse James, I think, in 1967. I don't remember Johnny Cash being in it as Frank James. I think Bob Dylan (talk about someone not meant to act on screen, and that's being kind) had a bit part as a grocery store clerk and he wrote the song "Knocking On Heaven's Door" for that movie. I wish the first version I saw of "Five Minutes to Live" could be seen. I was only 12 years old, in 1960, but Cash was genuinely scary as a home invasion robber. It showed what he could've been if his heart had been in it, and he had had a good director. (The producer, James Ellsworth, was creepy.) The second cut was a joke, and I don't know what they finally released in 1967 in drive-ins as a "take the money and run" low budget thriller. The people still attached as investors made money but basically, they bungled an opportunity.
@@lemorab1 KK played Billy the Kid in 'Pat Garret & Billy the Kid.' Dylan was in that. the late great Sam Peckinpah directed. hell of a film.
@@tonym994 I got the wrong movie! So, Kris played both Jesse James and Billy the Kid in two different movies. I missed the Jesse James movie. Do you remember the name of it?.

I have thought about this for awhile now. What if Trump chose Condoleezza Rice as his VP? She's at Stanford right now. She's smart. She has the diplomatic experience. As a native Californian I would rather see her in any party rather than Kamala. I just have a good feeling about her, I didn't vote for Bush but I did have respect for her. Any thoughts on this? I hate seeing the race card played but it's already on the table. Imagine a debate between them??
Our national security advisor on 9-11!?
She is an academic and a tool for the deep state.
Talk to Richard Clark and John Kirakou about her.
I still haven't figured out how Kamala Harris was able to get a law degree unless it was one of the degrees one would see at the back of comic books?
You can actually take an unloaded gun to an airport to check it in for a flight. You show the gun at check in and place it into a small " gun safe " that must be locked by two locks. The unloaded gun and up to 20 rounds of ammo then go into your checked baggage. When you recover your checked baggage, you now have your gun. This is great for travelling from one state to another. I did this from Florida to Nevada. Probably would not work when going to one of the Commie states like California, Illinois, Colorada, New York, Washington or Oregon.
As we all know. Eric was talking about carry - on and I was talking about rappers being caught with carry on weapons. So we assume you didn't hear the show? or?

Groubert's the coolest! Unless he's got us all bullshitted, I think he knows more about the JFK assassanation save only the prepetrators themselves. He's an an enigma wrapped in a riddle, ergo the WIllie Nelson cap. Willie's a national treasure. I'd love to smoke a fat one with Groubert, and discuss the tragedy in Dallas, which I am not unfamiliar. Sometimes over Groubert's right shoulder, you can see the classic pic of Dylan recording "Like a Rolling Stone." Ever noticed, Groubert's favorite color is purpule, as is mine. Purple has a great deal of symbolic significance.

This is my main channel to watch, listen, and enjoy. I learned something new with every show. I don't know how it took so long for me to get a suggestion, being that I listen to a lot of UA-cam videos on my 25 hours a week commuting to and from work. The algorithm is against this channel, looking at channels that have 1.5 to 7 million subscribers. This channel should have close to 2 million subscribers like similar channels that I watch or are suggested to me.
The algorithm and it's mother are against us. We need word of mouth strip. Thanks/mg. Our numbers rarely change and even FFF now doing neary 50 thousand views. It's really outrageous.

Wasn’t able to watch live. Finally watched on Saturday 07/06/24. Someone gifted me a membership the middle of last week. I’m stoked! I’ll look back at the email that notified me to try to learn who was so generous. I need to figure out what the character flaw is that makes me embarrassed to receive gifts! LOL! My goal with this membership is to ask a question on a live feed. That question? I’ve listened to all I can about the JFK assassin. Recently re-watched the Jim Garrison episode where you guys showed the Zapruder film. If the head shot came from the front and the lower right side rear of the skull was blown out, why does Zapruder show the right side of the head being blasted out? Mark is apparently adamant that the film wasn’t edited. I want to know his thinking of what I described. How do we square what the film shows? And Mark, no fair saying something like “it is what it is”. Damn I don’t want to retype this on a live feed comment! Thanks for the membership and keep it up guys! Love the show!
Film has been "re edited" tons of times - BUT THAT'S IN THE LAST 20 YEARS or so. We are referring to the original film that Groden was dealing with. How do I know or more importantly you know which version you are looking at or asking me about? The entrance wounds are right temple and throat. The back of the head has a gaping hole like all exit wounds to the head. You could put your fist in there. There is no debate about this. It is what it is. lol
@@AmericasUntoldStories I’m right there with ya. My problem is that every time I’ve seen the film the right side of his head falls off. And you are correct, sir… it is what it is! LOL! Looking forward to the next show!

To get around 12th A requirement around separate state Cheney set up residence in Wyoming (he had previously been an office holder from WY). Bush and Cheney initially were both from TX.
Edith Wilson ran the office of the President while Wilson was suffering a severe stroke. She and others said nothing of this, so this led to creation of the 25th A, around incapacity of President.
The 25th Amendment, proposed by Congress and ratified by the states in the aftermath of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, provides the procedures for replacing the president or vice president in the event of death, removal, resignation, or incapacitation.
Cannibal Holocaust is a great movie. It is the original found footage *Green Inferno* Seen it many times. It was banned in several countries because of the animal killings that are real and graphic. And at the time the Italian authorities really thought the actors were killed as well. As the director is a famous Italian horror film maker. The actors agreed to go into hiding when the film was released to keep up the rumor they were really killed.
Great show as usual❣️🇺🇸

I disagree with your preference of using impeachment over the 25th. Clearly the 25th is more convoluted (as you said), but THAT plays to our advantage. We don't need Biden out quickly and cleanly .... the Dems do. Put the entire burden on the Dems to make him go away. It's their mess, let them deal with it and all of the delays, vetoes, letters, etc. AND THE BLAME.

Dick Cheney is a Wyoming resident and therefore is qualified to serve as George W. Bush's vice president, a federal appeals court ruled Thursday.
The ruling came from the bench after an hour-long hearing in which lawyers for three Texas residents argued that Cheney had moved to Bush's home state of Texas when he bought a home there in 1993.
The 12th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution prevents the president and vice president from living in the same state.
Judges Patrick E. Higginbotham, Rhesa H. Barksdale and Jacques L. Wiener Jr. sat on the 5th U.S. Circuit Circuit Court of Appeals panel. Higginbotham was appointed by former President Ronald Reagan, the other two by former President George Bush.
The panel took a short recess after the arguments, then Higginbotham returned to say the panel was in agreement that Cheney clearly is a Wyoming resident. He did not elaborate.
