Hello! I mostly wear it as a crossbody as I need to have my both arms free most of the time, unfortunately I don’t own Coach extension chain but the short strap is comfortable enough when on a shoulder or in hands :)
Hello! I got mine from Boozt but I believe Zalando should also have it if you are in EU :) Also many online stores carry them, so it could be that it is not available on Coach site but can be sold on FarFetch, for example :)
