It's fine for a solid white or solid color background, but if you background is something with texture... not so much. You'll want to use frequency separation and then it gets more complicated.
Well if you could, take a different photo with the light source as you'd want. Alternatively flip the image to make the light angle come from the other side. There's no reasonable way to change the light angle in post besides that IMO.
Couldn't be more confused. I tried this six times with no result. So frustrating. 2:31-2:35 spot. Stated to click click command & option key and then click on the Layer 1. At that point it would select the two layers at the same time. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
