Mobbing the Movie Writer

The plaintiff gave a script to the defendant, a filmmaker. However, the defendant made the movie without telling him, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits he made the movie without telling the plaintiff because he’s a pain. They made an agreement that the defendant would pay the plaintiff 3% when the movie is released. The film hasn’t yet been released, though, so the defendant doesn’t owe him a dime.
