The mousse with the gelatine must have been heated. Otherwise the gelatine would not melt. After melting the mixture might have been cooled down. Certainly a shortcut in the recording😁
Thank you very much, to dissolve the gelatine just heat it together with a part of the mousse in the microwave for a few seconds and then add it to the rest of the mixture 😊
