Thanks for the walk-through, I absolutely love this deck! The creator states on the little accordion pamphlet that comes with the deck that "the wands are foxes, coyotes, and wolves. Swords are birds but mostly crows and ravens. Cups are deer, elk, buffalo, and hooved animals that can move through the water safely and with ease. Pentacles are rabbits, mice, squirrels, skunks, and beavers."
Thank you for walking us through the Northern Animal Tarot! I was so excited to have the opportunity to get this edition and I am thrilled to hear what you think. The artwork reminds me of some of my favorite illustrations from childhood books. Beautiful and a throwback but not super saccharine. Not that I don’t also embrace saccharine but it’s great to have a balance and options for different moods. Thank you!
I was going to look up this deck then I got caught up looking at The Magical Creatures & I just had to back it. Omg 😱❤😊 * The worst is I want to be buying oracles. I do have some on my wishlist. But for some reason I am called to tarot decks. I'm waiting for : "I am" ( still waiting, unless it's in my mail box) Kickstarter, Wild Reflection Tarot kickstarter, Magical creatures Tarot kickstarter & I am interested in your deck. That's a tarot too. Can't wait. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤. Thanks for your review
Hey Lisa! I seriously just LOVE this deck!! I was watching diligently for when the creator opened up sales for this 3rd edition. I loved watching/listening to all you had to say about this deck! It IS perfect for this time of year! So excited to start using this deck. PS - The edition number is on the box "seal." ;o)
I love your new background! Not too distracting and feels kind of earthy and grounding appropriate to the season. I finally bought this deck when the new edition released and I'm smitten! The cardstock is probably my favorite in all the decks I own. I wasn't 100% sure if the art style would work for me, but I've ended up enjoying the colors and cute animals. Like you said, it feels cozy! I've had great readings with it while using it for Lionharts challenge this month and it's definitely becoming a favorite. My only complaint is that there's a few spelling and grammatical errors in the guide, but I find I can read the cards well enough without referring to the guide that it's not a dealbreaker for me.
Oh, I'm looking forward to this! I purchased an "oops" edition that is much darker in color value. No tuck box or guide book, I'm going to enjoy seeing what it's supposed to look like. 😅 Edit: I did purchase it from the creator - it's not a knock off. 😊
The seal on the back of the tick box should say what edition you have. I have the 1st edition and you do get a booklet with it. Thanks for your walkthrough. It's a beautiful deck. ❤❤
I was just looking at the site, and it looks like they have a 20% discount right now. They also have some seriously discounted decks that were printed a little darker.
Hi Lisa I really love your series about how to read cards. Im curious that do you use Tea leaves card to read? If yes how do you usually combine it with Tarot. Thank you
Thank you so much for this walk thru. Even though i CC am as huge animal lover, i am finding it hard to connect with animal decks. Your walk thru changed all that. Putting this one on my Christmas “treat yourself” list.🎄🦬🦊🐦⬛🐇

Thank you Lisa, I'm among the ones who requested this video. this is my main soul deck and I saved this awesome video 🩷
I think the wands are foxes, coyotes and wolves; cups are hooved animals; swords are birds, and pentacles are small animals/rodents.

The monster in the Devil card reminds me of Hexxus from Ferngully

One of those darker decks is on its way to me right now! Hoping it’s ok to read with.
I trust this deck to go mass market. The images look like home to me as I live in Northern Ontario.
Another name for a Jackalope is a “boop-oop-o-doopdeer”
cool name 😎
I couldn't get along with the Judgement card either.... so I took an extra thin whitepaint pen, and turned one of the extra cards into Judgement. ;)
