I am very scattered but not ADHD, I have to have a place for everything, this is going to sound weird but my phone stays next to my pc on my desk when I am home. If I am on it I have to stay focused and not wander the apt, if I start wandering physically my mind goes with my feet. I keep a schedule because I greatly overestimate my ability to multi-task and underestimate time constraints, and in my head I can get all this stuff done in 30 mins when 4 hrs is really a more reasonable time frame. It can make me late for everything.
