This video I just wanna share the damage difference I got after investing in relics. Keep in mind my relics are still not at the best state, so I still have room to improvise!

Sadly 4* relic 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨𝙣'𝙩 give that much difference at all. Why?
after doing math by comparing 'actual dmg' of each relics variations, for example :
• relic book 4* with 11.3% atk and 7% bonus
• relic book 4* no atk% but have 7% bonus
• relic book 4* with 11.3% atk but no 7% bonus
• relic book 4* no atk% and no 7% bonus
HELLO PAST ME. IT'S ME FROM 17 MARCH 2023. I made a huge mistake here.
*3, 5, 7, 10% atk from relic set is straight away multiple your dmg by that number differences*
And yes it's still around 2.72% - 3.14% total atk at relic option in order to make 1% dmg increase
Unique --> legend (more 9% atk option)
Max bonus : 2% + 3% = 5% bonus increase
Legend --> epic (more 6% atk option)
Max bonus : 3% + 2% = 5% bonus increase
These 5% is practically impossible since no one ever get super perfect roll

I got these conclusions :
(Edit : bit misleading)
At party relic bonuses (7% / 5% / 3% ). 7% bonus = 4.66% Actual dmg
*1.5% bonus equal to 1% actual dmg*
* since these bonuses are stacked additively *
at main stat relics (that def% / heal% / crit% / atk% stats)
Comparing a relic with 11.3% atk and 0% atk. I got the difference which is :
• 13.815 ÷ 14.373 (actual damage from garam)
• = 0.9611 ratio = 104.04%
• 11.3% produce 4.04% actual dmg
• 11.3% : 4.04% = 2.72%
* you need 2.72% atk stat at your relic in order to get 1% actual dmg difference *
So in final conclusion...
Upgrading 3* relic into 4* will grant another 2% relic sets party which is equal * 1.33% "actual dmg" *
And more slot of the main stats & increased max stat of main stats
Assuming your previous 3* relic are 3.0% & 3.0% atk. And after you evolution-ed it you get 5.0% + 5.0% + 5.0% atk
You just increase to "3.30% actual dmg" + 7% bonus
And your hero will only get 3.30% + 1.33% = 4.63% actual dmg
It's like your hero at raid that deal 9m dmg previously will get 9.40m dmg

"Actual damage" and "bonus damage" is little complex
@@deadclawh3851 btw in this context. *Actual dmg* is really simple. It's the number shown when you do dmg on raid. Whereas bonus dmg is that relic bonus dmg you get if you equip 4 book relic each of your 4 hero at a party
that 1.5% bonus dmg = 1% actual dmg is also simple as well. 3* book & 4* book have 5% and 7% atk. That 2% difference is equal to 1.33% actual dmg ( 2% ÷ 1.5% = 1.33% )
Remember that 5% and 7% bonus are counted as "party buff".

But I was trying to say everyone have different boosts (books and stuff)
I assume you did this math based on your team
Also enemy defence is also effects this stuff higher level enemies have higher defences
So I though doing this math based on base stats of heroes will be more accurate
(Dont know how you can test them tho-)
I can't wait to get to that power level. I can barely even play expedition at the moment and my highest raid damage ever has been 7mil.
This game keeps me motivated though I love everything about it
Meanwhile I am still stuck at 3 star relics because of 2 stupid proofs of courage.
I recently just unlocked expedition myself and i dont know the correct way to prepare for it😂 (or what exactly to do aside from kill everything)
By getting Claude is the main thing

@@wisnu7846 if you are saying fp the hero then you get her for free after world 9 if you did mean her exwp you're prob better going for fp exwp since overall fp is more useful and you still need to be decently late game for expedition even with claude

Yes i was sleeping on this feature until one of my guildmates said i must have good relics because i had good numbers on scarecrow (in fact i have only one star relics)
also statue/mothership > cushion for merch
But I still have no idea how to build Relics? Like what stats should I focus on for the Cup, the Book and the Candle???
the cup (Crit % relic set buff) and book (atk % relic set buff) is the go to.
Prioritize getting 4x 7% Boss damage (for guild raid) and PvP damage (for colo, arena) stats
And get 1 relic (either cup or book) that gives AoE ranged/melee damage for coop defense
@@LxShiriga have you tried with book/cup with 15 %crit multiplier multiplier with the heroes like 1st commander?is it better than 7% damage to the boss?

Even just 1% stat difference can destroy you in Arena, that's why i treat 1% in this game as 10% in other game

It's not a fair comparison lol. Sure, relics did contribute a lot, but the gameplay from the run without relic was terrible. You did the proper body block and chaining on the run with the relics. That's at least 1-2M boost on its own. But yes, relics are important.

@@LxShirigaperhaps. I didnt get a white box on like 35k gems on 2 accounts so I kinda felt shafted. My genshin account has been luckier thus far.

oh boy legend relics sure are powerful, i hope we don't get epic relics in the future with 4 slots and even higher stats :)

Chrom and coco can also do the job
now get legend relic with all 3 stat being crit
it pop off hard
if you go with a crit build you cna go for crit dmg multiplier instead it gives 15% max at 3*

@@LxShiriga but in raid you preferably want damage against boss bonus buff, because it's way more consistent than crit multiplier overall
try to use nari's skill first and then oghma, arabelle and claude... i guarantee your damage will increase a lot.
Claude's chain buff the party with 20% dark type attack, nari on the other hand only gives 10% crit chance, if you dont crit it become worthless.
@@baelfrost7301 trust me... I've tested this team thousands of times. but u can't just use nari's skill and then use the other skills randomly. You have to know how to use them correctly.
