Considering all of this new age spirituality/esotericism hype (I am so done with all these zodiac sign memes lol), I always used to think that at least it proves how you cannot separate man from God as the fitrah desperately searches for ways to “come out” and these folks keep searching for something to hold on to. In muraqabah (Islamic meditation), it is recommended that it be done in the presence of a sheikh if you don't know what you're doing. Otherwise, you run the risk of being deluded by shaitan. I agree with more things but yoga and meditation, yoga saved me from having circulation problems and from staying out of trouble in highschool, and has helped many others as well as breathing techniques. Im talking about the movements not asatoeric parts. I dont believe its affiliated with jinn. I was married to someone posessed, they are more attracted to the drugs and najus and dirty things not yoga, he was still repelled by me.

In muraqabah (Islamic meditation), it is recommended that it be done in the presence of a sheikh if you don't know what you're doing. Otherwise, you run the risk of being deluded by shaitan. I agree with more things but yoga and meditation, yoga saved me from having circulation problems and from staying out of trouble in highschool, and has helped many others as well as breathing techniques. Im talking about the movements not asatoeric parts. I dont believe its affiliated with jinn. I was married to someone posessed, they are more attracted to the drugs and najus and dirty things not yoga, he was still repelled by me.
