@@MikaiMcDermott Thanks beautiful! I will need the luck...last time I tried to do my hair, it went completely wrong. Your explanation of how to do it is very informative, hopefully my fingers will cooperate and it will come out good! 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
This is sooo good!! I’m really hoping one day I’ll be able to braid my own hair. I’m still learning how to feed/ knot the hair at the start with my own hair for it to be neat and flat
Kept practicing girl!! I did my own braids for the first time January of last year. I’ve never did braids on anyone before either so I was lost but the more I kept practicing the more I got the hang of it.
Okay, I tried it and it is actually so difficult. The placement of the human hair just made this sooo long which made me decide to do my braids a little bit bigger. I will say it looks better the smaller the braid the better it looks. With a bigger braid it looks disjointed. I will be trying it again in the future to see if I can get it right next time around.
This makes me feel like I could do this. I usually take 3-4 days now to braid my hair just to save my hands and body. And it helps to hear that even you broke it into 2 days. Thank you for this tutorial. You look beautiful! ❤
@MikaiMcDermott this is the perfect instruction! would u mind telling me how many plats you had per section, like per row? I'm struggling to see for the purpose of telling my braider how to Platt my hair! ty for posting this!!
So cute, it looks gorgeous!! I just roped my cousin into helping me do boho for the first time (for both of us) so we needed you!! THANK YOU FOR THIS DETAILED VIDEO!! 😘😘😘😘😘
You did a fantastic job mikai and on your own hair too. The attention to detail is what makes it 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 i wouldnt say i could never i probably could if i had the patience but thats the difference between me and you lol
Haha I feel you - patience is he biggest thing when doing our own hair. I usually binge watch a series when doing my hair or revisit some albums to help the time go by 😇❤️
You are a godsend! I kept contemplating getting these done but the PRICES! And I have to travel because there’s no good braiders in my area. This was so easy to follow
So I braided my hair and my han hair is coming out. Can someone help me…why is the human hair slipping out? I can even pull them out if i tug hard enough. Is tht normal?
Try the crotchet method where you add the hair and double loop it to the braid. If you are comfortable add nail glue to the knot VERY little. There is a UA-cams who shows how to do this
i love doing my knotless! but the boho has the biggest pull on me right now .. i don’t rlly know much about human hair especially brands .. thank you for the tips!
This is exactly the tutorial I was looking for. I looked about 3 months ago and nobody had a tutorial like this one! love the braids
This was literally me too when I was looking for. a tutorial! Glad we have this one we can reference 🫶
This is very good and informative. I will try this on my annual leave LOL! Thank you ❤

You're welcome babe - the girls that get it, get it!
This is sooo good!! I’m really hoping one day I’ll be able to braid my own hair. I’m still learning how to feed/ knot the hair at the start with my own hair for it to be neat and flat

Thank youuu - it was some work but so worth it in the end!

that end result is fireeeee. yesss. i love how the body wave looks opposed to super curly pieces!
Honestlyyyy, that's what makes the style as everything neatly flows together to give that beach wave effect!

To finish the braid off when you use synthetic hair for the braiding ur supposed to dip the ends in boiling water to seal them
Did you add in human hair on the ends or just left the braid?
Your talent is incredible. Such a gorgeous hairstyle

Idk if I missed it but can anyone explain why she knotted the ends if she dipped in boiling water? Was there human hair added to the end?
This makes me feel like I could do this. I usually take 3-4 days now to braid my hair just to save my hands and body. And it helps to hear that even you broke it into 2 days. Thank you for this tutorial. You look beautiful! ❤

i love doing my knotless! but the boho has the biggest pull on me right now .. i don’t rlly know much about human hair especially brands .. thank you for the tips!
Knotless is so tough but you'll defo get there. Good luck when you try again!
how do you stop shedding of the human hair? everytime I do it, over the days, little pieces fall out
It's super tough - a lot of it is linked to not letting it get tangled or tying it up whenever you can at home/in bed
Looks amazing! How tall are you? and how many inches in the xpression hair?
5"2 all xpression hair is the same length roughly like 42 inches
I’m sending this to my braider. Good luck to her 😂

Did she ever say how many packs of braiding hair?
