Always remember, don't be depressed about the past, don't worry about the future, and just focus on today. If today's not so great don't worry! Tomorrow's a new chance. Whatever your going thru it's going to be ok you are going to get thru this I promise, just keep your mind and thoughts steady don't get so caught up in the negative, plz for your good things will get better, it may take a week it may take a month it may take a year it may take several years but I promise whether the problem is personal or not whether it's an inner battle your fighting you WILL get through it, I'm here if you ever everrr need anything. I closed my eyes and vividly remembered the 9y.o me, running bare feet in the village, without a care in the world, back to my grandmother's (RIP) place where she made what seemed like the most amazing and heavenly tasting food that I've ever had. I feel extremely thankful that i live in a time where an absolutely free youtube video can bring me back there, even for a moment. Thanks again.

U are experiencing what I called "Drifting". If you want the full experience here's the trick. Turn on the air conditioner in your house full blast and get yourself extremely cold almost to the point of shivering. Then hop in a warm shower or bathtub with all of the lights turned off and put a small blue or green dim LED light in the room and start your drifting experience. Thank me later. :)

My youth is still in the beginning but I felt that I'm an old person bcs of all the problems I have in this world. I don't know why beginning cry. My tears will fall in my heart to watering it. Another leaves will grow up. Then be a big tree. Tree of personality. My brain will improve to understand what is the life want from me exactly. I will be mom for a child in one day. And tell him alot of stories about this life. Tell him how many people I lost . Tell him how they were perfect and really made me a person. Tell him about my youth and my problems . Tell him that I was a lone for along time. Without someone who take care of me. The life take from me all things I love it. Made me like a monster. .But. .In one day. I met a person. who make me happy for along time. I love him so much. I hug him when I cry or scary. Sing a lovely song when I can't sleep. After love for one year. I lost him. like a smoke I lost him. When I was happy to give him something sweet I lost him. When thinking that all things will be okay I lost him. .I just lost him.
I don't know if I should tell him all that.
But all that will be in the past. I should beginning for a new life. Without lair feelings.
With myself. With my dreams. With my things. With my real heart. I will be happy to make myself like myself. I promis you . I will never change . I believe that I will have a Bright Future.
The life wait me. So let's go. My new life I'm coming.

Don't be upset i am an example of most saddest person on this beautiful planet. Reason behind:
1. My long time girlfriend (almost 8years) cheated on me several times. I ended up with a beautiful smile and kissed my girlfriend forehead and told her wish you all the best for upcoming life. She cried a lot after caught red handed.
2. I was completely shattered. My call log were always empty. I talk to myself everyday.
3. I dont have any friends because i am completely different person kinda an introvert.
4. I did masters and bachelors in engineering specialized in electronics but lost my jobs due to depression.
5. Right now i am unemployed and hunting a job because i am hopeless also.
Being belongs to a poor family my parents are not supportive. Only mom is my best friend. I am 27years old.

Id been having such a hard time, with everything. I lost my dad to alcohol in 2022. I still cant believe i had to just leavr him behind, forever. A part of my past now only memories. I have been going through the deepest depression I have ever experienced. Things have been unspeakably hard and I just get laughed at in my pain, and told how much I'm hated. I'm so lonely.
