He starts his day at Nimrah Cafe and Bakery, an ancient gem established in 1993 by Abood Bin Aslam al Katheri. What sets Nimrah Cafe apart is not just about the store but also its location, near the iconic Charminar. Here, they serve traditional Irani Chai with delightful biscuits, which has kept Hyderabadis going for years! 🍪
Later, he visits Nayaab Restaurant, a gem with a legacy of over 30 years. The restaurant opens at 5 am and they are sold out of the Nahari by 7 am, so to cope with the demand for Nahari during the day, they invented Malai Special Paya! 😋

Do visit Hyderabad sometime. This is only one type of the breakfasts that are served here. The vegetarian south Indian breakfast is also very good. Would like to visit Lahore and try the cuisine there sometime.😊

Exactly. It felt disgusting to see he is directly putting his fingers into all the food items instead of taking small portions on his plate. He knows that he cannot finish all the items on his own. It has to be shared with others.

In Hyderabad if you are a foodie you can start with Nihari breakfast at 5:30 AM and continue to all through the day with Deccan speciality till late into next day morning. Kunal don’t miss pathar-ka-ghost, extremely rich desserts unique to Hyderabad.

Interesting to see that in hyderabad they call nihari n paya as one dish whereas in Pakistan they r considered as two separate delicacies

Hi . This is advice. A. Biscuits are never eaten while they are hot should be eaten as a room temperature.
