A special Thankyou from my heart to his family and friends for making it possible I hope the social media and public honour his contributions to the music industry he is deserving and worthy. I hope the world wakes up to the detrimental affects of negative comments and opinions and how they can damage any human soul.
This very video inspired me to become what I am today. I moved to the US in my freshmen year in high school from Japan and at the time I didn't speak any English at all. I was practically failing almost all my classes because I just didn't give a crap. No English, no paying attention in class. The reluctant habit and that went on until I watched this video. For some reason this video had something that just hit me right in my face, and all of sudden I was ready to take off. I kind of was into electronic music back then but I had this view that all the DJs were just "playing around", like they're not smart, has no power to do anything, etc. I wasn't taking them seriously. But by this video I felt like all those thoughts were disproven. Avicii and his manager truly taught me through this video that passion and awesomeness come in all shape and what they can do is absolutely beautiful. Since that happened, I was ready to find out what I could do in my future. I caught up with my English within one year, got the hell out of the secondary English classes and in my senior year I was acing all my AP classes while getting decent results in the track & fields team. After graduation I decided to come back to Japan and I got accepted to one of the best schools in Japan and now I'm studying computer science. It's been truly fantastic so far and the most of my energy traces back to this video. It's really sad he's now quitting his producer carrier. I'm going to see Avicii this summer in Ultra Japan if he comes, and his own live in Tokyo. He might disappear from Billboard ranking, Beatport, or Ultra headliner list, but his creations and passion will forever reside within my heart and will continue to be my source of passion as long as I am working my ass off. Thank you Tim and his manager, you guys truly pushed me hard and I will do whatever I can to impact you and people's lives positively through my carrier like you guys did to me. Cheers and wish Tim a good luck in new endeavours. I'll miss you.

I always come back to this song for inspiration! Avicii was a mentor and a teacher for pioneers like me who wanted to learn different styles of electronic music and other genres. I was surprised they gave me credit at the end for just sending in files. I will always be part of the other 4198 that joined this collaboration. I used to watch and still look back at the FutureMusic - Dancing in my head video. That was my golden ticket when I first started to produce music. I will never forget seeing him live @EZoo5, and that was back in 2012. Your presence will be missed, but legends live FOREVER! ◢ ◤
