My fear is front hair breakage with threading, how do you prevent that. Thanks for the videos. Am jus starting to grow my hair again I hope to stay through on it this time.
Any hairstyle, if you pull your hair too much, then you will cause breakage, but if you braid your hair and avoiding to cause any tension, then it's very okay for your hair, and you will see growth.

@@glorymtuy welcome. The first documented display of chain/dreadlocks is found on Greek pottery. Military wore them. Spartans, Athenians, Macedonian soldiers wore them. The goddess Athena wore them.
You said documented. These styles were used in ancient Egypt. Also as an African child, these were considered styles done in childhood by both villagers and city dwellers until western influence to use extensions, so I can definitely say these styles are in recent history African.
@@OnyiJoseph google dred lock origins. They are Greek designs. The Egyptian had hair designs too. Many wore wigs. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dreadlocks There's a lot out there. Interesting stuff.
Hello, please help. I tried this but it didn't come out well at all. The strands you use to twine/turn around, do you make it tight? Mine was tight and so couldn't push to make the spiral look and when I free it up, my hair keeps coming out as the grip wasn't firm enough to hold it down and the spiral look is now funny.
Hi Sis! Before you twine roll your yarn first to get good twist then you can start make spiral ,the strands you use to twine don't tie tight and not too loose so that will be easy for you to puss up the spirals
The pre parting is a game changer. Sometimes I do that step the day b4 so I wont be overwhelmed. Great content!😍😍😍
Thank you so much Sis❤️❤️

Yes you can make it with yeye wool but but it in hot water I never tried that Sis
Does that pull the entire hair strand and make it straight or something?
Yes, Sis,it does
@@glorymtuy Ok 👍🏾

How many wools did you use?
I use two packs, but you may end up using less or more depending on the length and the size of your wool in a bundle
Can you do this with braid❓️
Yes Sis you can but the twist will not be the same
Dear can you do it for me as i cant do it for myself
And you look beautiful
Where are you located dear?

nice
Was the hairstyle painful?
No Sis but if you tie your hair too much you will experience pain
Beautiful
Thank you so much ☺
