Thank you for this video and this is what I am taking away from the video: write down your goals somewhere (I'm going to add them to my notes in my phone as well but I do them written down in a notebook that I will carry around with me everywhere I go). Balance your monthly payments out, handle your bills on your payday that way you can pay everything on payday and be updated on what is the next important payday, and most importantly how I can budget myself personally when it comes to biweekly pay.

🙌🏻 your video really helped me today. I had fallen back off the wagon after receiving a personal loan from a good friend to pay off all my debt and I went back and did it again. Luckily for me I feel awful about it and don’t want to do that ever again and have been much tighter with my budget. I felt bad because this month I wasn’t really able to contribute to my wedding sinking funds just due to my hours being a bit less and I was really discouraged about this upcoming check bring almost entirely towards bills. Your video today made me feel more solace about just getting done what needs to be and it’s ok it will take time.
I am so glad that the video helped. Don’t feel bad about being human and imperfect. As long as we’re breathing and we’re aware, we can always do better and make improvements. Honey, in PR I pay 380.00 give or take cause it fluctuates a month 🤷🏼♀️. I have changed all the faucets, checked any leaks and nothing. I've had them come in check but gas keeps going up they keep adding more to the bill🙆♀️ 🙏🏻

Hi! Quick question, what are you planning on using next year since this planner is out of stock until October 2023? Not sure if you’ve already answered but wanted to ask since I wanna start budgeting and was looking for a good budget book.
I will be using the Same book. Because it’s undated I can still use it next year. I have many months that I didn’t use. Other than that, I haven’t decided 100% yet. I’ve considered using her digital version.

No ma’am the electric bill should be lower and after about 6 mths you should receive a true-up bonus meaning a refund check; a profit check where the solar is taking care of your electric bill

Life insurance - if you have no debt and no minors to care for, you don’t really need life insurance. Just your savings or a small policy to cover whatever type of home-going service you wish.
I pay $38/month JUST to be connected to my electric company. I’m able to bank some solar Kw hours to be used for a future time. So, I try to be conservative during the cold months to bank as much kWh as possible for the summer - I live in hot azz AZ. Solar doesn’t really save me any money. I’m paying about the same I would have been paying without solar because I’ve always been conservative with electric. 🤷🏽♀️

I’m glad you are paying your HOA. Those folks are not to be trifled with. They can literally sell your home out from under you for past due fees. It happens all the time in Arizona. I wouldn’t have worried about paying off the solar till my HOA was paid in full. We put HOA right under mortgage and we put property taxes right under that because of you don’t pay either of those three you could end up homeless. 🫣
You are right! In order for them to foreclose here in California, they’d have to send notices, calls, etc. Even tho I’m not there, I hear you. Not playing with this one anymore
