Thanks Dave. Currently have it on a bracelet - not the official Oris bracelet, but a seiko bracelet - fits and looks fantastic and saved me a few quid! Have a few shots of it on the bracelet on Instagram
I have a "desert tan" nato strap for my 65 that looks similar to the strap shown on your video and it does make the watch look rather military in style, but recently I put an all black nato on it and it completely changes the style of the watch and makes it look altogether more dressy and less casual. It's a great watch and in terms of accuracy I am impressed that mine is only -4secs/day without yet having been serviced or calibrated.
Yes the Oris is a beautiful vintage inspired watch.
I love this thing!!! I get so envious when I see it.
Great video Kevin. I loved my time with the Oris, yet to experience Longines.

Love the Oris. I have an Aquis but the Sixty Five is gorgeous! Great vid. Just subscribed:)
😀👍
Jeez man, you've got yourself a fantastic collection
thanks, but don't think I'll end up on Hodinkee talking watches anytime soon 😂
youve got some great taste in time pieces, my friend.
Have you seen the new 42 mm Sixty Five?? The dark blue and also the silver version are stunners. Well, i think so.
Looks the nuts Kevin. Great video!
👍
i think the iris 65 is a bit military, longings legend diver is more dressy. love the longines more!
true, they are very different in style
both great vintage divers. been debating picking up the Longines or the Oris 65 on steel.
the 65 looks great on a bracelet . managed to fit a Seiko sarg bracelet and it looks fantastic
You've great taste Kev
thanks walter
Would love to see a review of your modern Oyster Perpetual.
Oris👍
I used to own the Longines. Stunning but too big for my wrist. Sold it and bought the Oris.
i considered both today but ended up with LLD
Hi! Loved your review.. Any idea where I can get the strap that's on the ORIS? Thanks.
Jonathan Liew I think it's from watch gecko
Both watches very nice Kev.brizzy
cheers
Great review, just wonder of the Longines & Oris which is your favourite ?
I can't choose between them !
Love the LLD, but the lugs make it unwearble for me :\..bummer..
What strap do you have on the Longines? Cordura?
Is the dial deep blue or black?
where would you buy the longines?
just a case of searching and luck
Try watch forums. PM-me if you still don't find.
I do prefer Oris 65. Longines has too shiny steel and too big for the first version of it.
I can't stand how long the lugs are on the on the longines... leaves a giant gap between the strap and case
ripperx444 the original strap is quite thin. put it on a chunky/padded strap and the gap is much reduced
