About the last video I thought about this and decided to comment on today's upload.... You being such a big influence on UA-cam why drive like an A-hole on public streets. I've been watching this channel since the beginning and yeah you have come a long ways so that's means you putting the passengers life at risk your own and other people. You have a kid now you have many employees relying on you and if you're dead in the ditch that isn't doing anyone any good. Not even a helmet.

I really really hope the winner takes the Atom because I friggin love the reaction and vibes of them seeing the Leroy Jr. It's like a nostalgia hit for them and it comes through strong for us viewers too who feel it! 12:14 was like we were back in 2020 all over again at a drag and drive - so cool.
To see them both line up was fantastic. Also the shot of Cleet in the corvette always takes us back.

I think its more down to the fact that what they do is alot of the time not filmed but george is seen/heard in almost every video so his contributions are never forgotten

Owning a Corvette is a dream of mine even though it's stripped down it's still a Corvette to me and this Corvette would be so much more fun driving in the mountains and just cruising than one that has the body on it in and plus you got to have room for the wife 🇺🇸🇺🇸

yup, its the angle which skews perception, if you pause it and look at the shadows of the cars on the track you can clearly see leroy is the winner

Leroy Jr. does need to get into the 9s - to be on par with Tesla S Plaids - is that a too-hard ask??
Back of envelope - power down to beat the Plaid should be around 750HP (~560kW) at the wheels (assuming Leroy Jr weighs around or under 700kg (1540 lb)
- in simple theory average power (without knowing rolling data, the Plaid needs 910kW (average) Leyroy only needs ~ 311kW (double and add a bit for a win.
(Getting power down wthout weight is the challenge of Suspension setup - and optimal distribution of the weight that is there.)

The first race the atom wasn’t even off the start. Just imagine how much faster the C7 would have been with an automatic. On a final note Leroy Jr went that quick with pump gas a conservative tune and the big pulley.

I live in speedway Indiana less than a mile from the Indy 500 track and it would be a dream to win this beautiful car and keep it here next to the most epic race track in the world

These tracks in areas where summer heat is a issue like all of america this year, but usually the south most other year's. The first 150ish feet of the track is where all your time is lost or gained. So why isnt there a system of cooling jacketed pipes or some kind of movable hose material in which cold water could be pumped through. To try and keep that first 150ft cooled to a optimum temperature in which the greatest traction is achieved. Seems like a legit idea 💡... Ill take royalties 😜.
