PSP wins,it might have flaws and bugs but man,you have muiltiplayer and its smooth af plus PS3 version doesn't exist.Its an emulator but I'd say PSP is more vibrant in colors and it looks better for resolution in emulators for android
PS2 is the best version, better graphics and more stable, ps3 is running through emulation and has bad slow downs, psp is fine but it can stutter and graphics arent as good but psp is still an incredible game

Personally I'd change all of my cables to Rad2x ones from Retro Gaming Cables which is in the UK but I hate when Brexit happened and now with customs and other fees, they aren't cheap to order... well they are expensive cables to begin with. 😅
That doesn’t make any sense, rockstar has had a working relationship with Phil Collin’s since this game, I highly doubt he’s holding out or trying to charge them a premium to renew the licenses. If I had to guess, I would say it’s Kiss and the Marvin Gaye estate that are actually why this game wasn’t rereleased.
PS2 version is the better version. It just has more content. PSP version is only good for the portability and multiplayer and thats only if you can actually find people who own the game and PSPs. You could just emulate the PS2 version on a steamdeck, Phone, or tablet.

honestly the blurriness filter of the PS2 did a good job masking the poor graphics of these old games very well. PS3 you get a full detailed look at how bad the graphics are because it's sharper and higher resolution which for these old games isn't actually a good thing. PSP of course looks the worst

There is no PS3 version. It's just the PS2 version running on PS3
It still upscales and adds smoothing as well tho and it makes a huge difference

The game does not run in higher resolution on ps3 its just upscaled. Still slightly sharper picture than the ps2 could output.

I could achieve 4K with the PCSX2. I could do the same for PPSSPP especially for multiplayer component which is not present in the PS2 version.
