Concentration builds wealth, diversification protects wealth.
Who said this?
Not necessarily. Did you watch the video? There are some ideas that you can put all your net worth in and be protected. Also, conservatism along with concentration builds wealth. You need to be concentrated in the truly exceptional ideas to have any chance at building wealth long time. Many investors concentrate and fail to even beat the market. Concentration alone may be catastrophic.
Not really. Knowing what you own is better than having a diworsified portfolio (Peter Lynch terminology).
Concentration builds -or destroys- wealth

So long as it is within your circle of competence and has good economics and its affords you a good margin of safety then you are ready to put 100% of your networth.
Maybe 200% even!

100 basis points 250 basis points in a stock will never move the needle unless you're up 500 fold. But if you don't know what you're doing it makes for good practice.
- **Put significant amount of money into one idea:** Consider confidently investing a large portion of your net worth into a single idea.
- **Identify extraordinary investment opportunities:** Look out for exceptional investment opportunities that may require committing a high percentage of your net worth.
- **Avoid overleveraging:** Be cautious not to overextend by putting a disproportionately high percentage of your net worth into a single investment.
- **Value concentrated investment over diversification:** Focus on finding safe and wise opportunities to concentrate investments rather than over-diversifying.
- **Recognize the importance of non-diversification:** Understand that diversification might not always be suitable for professional investors and seek concentrated opportunities wisely.
