Yes it is applicable on Umrah Visa without agent. I also came independant. Only my Umrah Visa was from agent, and Umrah Visa was without Transport. This is Rule in Saudia that Umrah Visa will get FREE transport from Jeddah to Makkah.
@@AliRaza-zy1zk if there is rush and more people come for Umrah, then bus leaves very frequently. I have used this bus many times, it doest wait longer, they have lists of people who come by flight, they only wait for the people who come out of airport and put them in bus and leave immidiately. They have to only wait if some passanget is still inside airport in immigration process or has left of Taxi without their knowledge. Otherwise they leave immidiately. Do avail this facility, its FREE and it drops at the booked HOTEL of every passenger.
