How to write professional Security Report

The report is a recorded remark in which the facts of the events are included. The report helps to learn other people just about past incidents. A security guard must know the following things regarding the report.
1. Reports are a guard’s way of passing on information
2. reports are generally either administrative or operational
3. reports are read by many different people
4. Remember the 5 c W's and 'H' when writing a report. They are Who, What, When, Where, Why And How
5. Avoid slang and bad language in a report
6. The report should be written in the past tense.

O'Desete The date has no year, he also does not cover the exact location like, was it in the police station, a Hospital, a bank or a shopping mall. It is imperative that you write exactly where it took place. Example: Southwest corner of food court near the garbage cans of Kentucky Fried Chicken.
On number 5 when he covers why, in the United States you are not allowed to put any assumptions or your opinions in a report. It must be an exact fact. In the sample report, he states he was on General patrol around the company perimeter. He does not State exactly where he was so therefore they do not know exactly where this incident took place. So therefore if he quits or is off for several days and they cannot reach him and they need to recover more evidence they don't know exactly where to go around the perimeter of the location. Also how does he know that they are local boys? He doesn't explain how he knows that. Does he know them? If he knows them what are their names? Where do they live? Who are their family members where they can be reached? How does he know the 21 year old is actually 21 years old? Where did you get that information? Is it a fact or an assumption or hearsay? Where exactly did he suffer the soft tissue injury at on his body? What hospital was he taken to?
What was the name of the supervisor he contacted and advised of the situation and what was the name of the police officer that responded to the call and from what agency was that police officer? Is there a phone number to contact that police officer?
