Thank you for demonstrating how to knit a band onto the edge of a garment. Until now I've always sewn the cardigan bands on separately but I think I need to give that method a go. (I knit "in the flat" rather than "in the round" but I think your method might give a better effect.)
I'm glad you learned something from the video, it's probably quicker (once you get used to it) to knit and attach as you go!
