The Asian server is are not the only one's with problems ever server had problems and I even noticed some problems as my bullets did no damage I will give you some advice on how to fix it they might not work for you but they work for me . Update the game the developers tried to fix the bugs as a bunch of players complained about it they even gave compensation to players for the glitches in game . whenever you want to play the game restart your phone and then clear the cache of the game this should help the game to run smoothly.i hope these helped you 😉
