Is belt tension different during a ride?
I know how to check in garage before ride . . could it become too tight during a ride?
It could. That's why the manual says to check the belt with motorcycle at ambient temperature. Extreme cold can cause the rubber to tighten, extreme heat can cause the rubber to stretch. The tolerance range of deflection accounts for those possibilities.

Nope, we sold both bikes about 2 years ago, then in May of 2022 I bought the one in this video. There was a lot involved as to why she stopped riding. I miss hearing her Softail rumbling along with me but I respect her reasons for giving it up.

Few years back my first vid i watched was your vid on a 12 streetglide oil change. I have a 12 streetglide. Wow was it simple. I change my 3 holes yearly. For less than a hundred bucks!! I run mobil 1 in mine. I only ride about 2 thousand miles a year. Lol" i like your new streetglide , sweet!!
