A petabyte is a million gigabytes, not a thousand.

NOAA lies! They post that the Greenland ice sheet holds the equivalent of 7.4 meters of sea level rise, but the math says it would only cover 1/64000 of the surface with 1 ft of water. That is a major discrepency using their own data.

The surface of the ocean is 361,000,000 km². The Greenland ice sheet is 2,850,000 km³.
2,850,000 km³/361,000,000 km² = 0.00789474 km of added depth spread out over the worlds oceans.
0.00789474 km/1000=7.89 meters. What numbers did you use?
