I have started seeing old PTV serials few months ago. I must say, these are more precious than diamonds and PTV itself is a big treasure. We Indians miss such quality content. People of Pakistan are fortunate to have PTV. Once Doordarshan also used to present similar programs. 👍
I not only miss 80s and 90s Pakistan, but my heart aches when I do not see any hopes either.This was the time I was in Punjab university and we had students from other countries and we felt so proud. We were amazing in every field, sports, education,arts ..few to name...I wish....I wish...may Allah returns our Pakistan as it was in olden days.

Ye thay woh log jinho ne PTV ko khara kiya. Everyone owns it and took responsibility. The only thing i admire about these people were that they were there for PTV and everyone of them were trying to make ptv better and they were so proud that they are competing with world standards very well.
In past their was not any other media , and in those PTV launches tremendous types of showbiz talents. Those days' are not going to come. But then also out of these gems Moin Akther was the precious gem.
legends, true artists and the very talented people of pakistan ptv. my indian friend told me that they used to watch ptv programs on video casettes specially the dramas, because television program standard was way more higher than indian television for many decades
This show was awesome, even from start, the way it opened by knocking at the windows was so cool. This is what is missing now the closeness, simplicity and truthful positive criticism and other person doesn't mind either. Now, these days its so fake and distant and everyone thinks they are a superstar already. They have lost humbility.
Golden time of PTV and Pakistan as well. Every actor, producer and singer was a academy in itself, no facebook, no selfi at that time, very simple and sincere people, many of them had passed away, May Allah blessed them in hevan. Aamin.
Brilliant presenters and the artists that was good old Pakistan Television which takes you back in your younger days. Hope youngsters of today learn a thing or two from these old shows.

Question to bajiya: why you didn't write for kids? Ans: I admit that we didn't do much but we will do something for the betterment of kids and we have to take responsibility. Moral: they cared about their coming generations and wanted to do something better from their plate form to contribute to build Pakistani nation as one of the better nations. Hats off to all of them

My grandfather bought a video cassette back in 1985 and I very well remember that i have seen this program so many time. Feeling Nostalgic.
A lot of marhoomeen in this show. Allah Pak sab musalmano ki maghfirat farma'ay ameen.
