Sonic 3 Prototype - Carnival Night Zone Act 1 (OPL3 Arrangement)

Carnival Night's 1st Act theme from the 1103 prototype of Sonic 3, rearranged for the OPL3, the same chip Sonic & Knuckles Collection FM midis were tailored for!
This remix comes by way of Mastered Realm! Using the original SMPS data of the 1103 prototype, he has created an arrangement of the Carnival Night Act 1 theme using the OPL3 chip. The result sounds quite different from the one in SK Collection and I hope you will all enjoy it!

I’d like to know how Mastered realm converted the prototype smps data, I did it for s1 and s2 but the s3 proto isn’t supported by my converter without manually inputting the hex data to find the music storage, and I haven’t found the hex data anywhere to do so.
