Hearing this 3 years later just hits differently. The feeling I got when I turned this on for the first time in a long time, it's just like a feeling of nostalgia.
This song reminds me, for some reason, of how eventually the DSMP will end. That we will grow out of it. That sometime in the future, we will remember and miss the days when they brought us so much happiness. Just thinking about it is making my cry

The beat is so good, and the lyrics are so deep. Karl is really underrated, and I know his character will have a major role in the future. Remember when the first time Wilbur pressed the button, the Red stone was messed up? It was Karl who broke it before, due to his ability to turn back time. He had to watch L'manburg get blown up, even in his previous attempts to stop the chaos. Karl is extremely important and dosent deserve to be over looked.
Just to clarify, to my knowledge, it is NOT canon that karl destroyed the button/redstone the first time, HOWEVER it's a very popular headcanon that people like because it opens up so many more possibilities as to what would have happened if wilbur had pressed the button that day.

This song made me realize how tough it must be to be a timetraveler. You see all this stuff, these different realities and may never be able to physically share it with anyone or else it could mess up history. But instead of dying, Karl will get reincarnated and start over with life, so he wants to remember everyone in this life, but since he's done it so many times he knows that he won't remember anyone nor any stories, which is why the story is sad. (Also I don't know if any of this is based of things from the SMP, so I don't know if there's actually a full-on explanation somewhere. I also don't know if this is completely right or not.)

The beat is so good, and the lyrics are so deep. Karl is really underrated, and I know his character will have a major role in the future. Remember when the first time Wilbur pressed the button, the Red stone was messed up? It was Karl who broke it before, due to his ability to turn back time. He had to watch L'manburg get blown up, even in his previous attempts to stop the chaos. Karl is extremely important and dosent deserve to be over looked.

Would be even cooler, if he actually managed to stop Will, which would have led to an alternative timeline being created, where the Butcher army never existed, Techno retired in peace and Wilbur took his place as the preacher of Anarchy

The fact that the Dream SMP has so many Main Characters with different stories. The writing of these are almost flawless. This story is more engaging than any Disney movie I've watched.
Ikr they're all main characters and what's great abt it is that we get diff pov of the same scene and each character has their own backstories so we can understand them more.
It feels more natural than all Disney Shows.

Honestly this is the only song I really listened to from this artist. Its always just felt beautiful and nostalgic. More now than in the past. @2 2 2 Yeah... from what I can tell (I don't watch the SMP a lot, but I sometimes watch clips of it on UA-cam, so I don't know a ton of stuff) Karl is dying, but has lived a long life. But instead of dying, Karl will get reincarnated and start over with life, so he wants to remember everyone in this life, but since he's done it so many times he knows that he won't remember anyone nor any stories, which is why the story is sad. (Also I don't know if any of this is based of things from the SMP, so I don't know if there's actually a full-on explanation somewhere. I also don't know if this is completely right or not.)
