Hi Steven, Unfortunately, the video you commented on got deleted. I hope you see this newly uploaded video. If all alerts are routed to an on-call team, the team will be notified according to the escalation policy. We cannot filter alerts at the on-call stage. In fact, we have to filter alerts at the routing step only. I hope this fulfils your question.
