I've got two brushless and a brushed RC10 six gear cars. Never had a problem with the spur gears failing, it's always the idler gears inside the transmission. The updated black ones work better. Steel printed versions available from shapeways.. Maybe run more slip or adjust the punch on your esc/radio?
Run that yet brushless? Eat up any gears yet? I have an rc10t converted to lipo and brushless. I have eaten every gear. No all converted to aluminum and still eating them.
I have an A stamp that just sits in my attic.
Una belleza yo tengo uno el mismo con la carrocería roja del año 1987
You happen to know where I could get that slipper plate (the outer most silver plate)? Mine is all ready to run, but I have no slipper plate!
zombieracerc.com/products/robinson-racing-products-lightened-slipper-plate-with-pads. If not here, eBay.
How did it hold up to the new power?
It didn’t. Spur gear lasted about 2 minutes. I didn’t expect it to but thought I’d give it a shot.

Throw some foams on there
Buy another one and keep it for parts
Is there an rc track in corpus
Yes. Bill Witt Park has a rc track. They race every Sunday.

Tore them up. Those old gears could handle the brushless setup I used. But it was fun for the three packs I ran thru it.
@@davidg554 Bummer your gear took a dump! I got a older Xxx losi buggy that I wanted to convert…hard to get parts!🤦🏻♂️
