Yes, It's a feature of the replay mode. When you focus on one character, the game allows you to move the camera around, just like you would if you paused, except for panning the camera. (You can only rotate and zoom). However, there's an issue with doing this. The hud is still on the screen. I have special codes that disable the hud, and Project M has codes that disable the bounds of the camera movement. I don't feel like giving out those codes right now, so ask at a later date when you start getting serious about making content.
My real channel for content (this is my personal channel) is RocketMooseX. I've made almost nothing on Project M though, just a few small things of casual play.
since your a bowser main I wanted to ask a question, due to the discontinuation of project M's development do you think they left bowser off on a good note in terms of balance?
Better off than he would have been if he stayed at 3.5, but still pretty clearly the worst in the cast. The changes made him a better character, and if they had kept in development, then he would've been fine. Bowser's flaws aren't really apparent until you get to very high-level tournament play. He's pretty balanced for everything below that though, so there's no excuse for losing.
Thanks for the fast reply! I played bowser alot in melee and was going to pick him up in pm and I'm surprised he's still bottom tier. Are there any major difference in his mobility or tech like fortress hogging?
Like I said, he's only 'bottom tier' at really high levels. He's much faster in this version than he was in 3.5. I'm not sure how he compares to melee, but he's got some neat movement now if your perfect wavelands are clean. Fortress hogging was reintroduced into the game because it was removed from Brawl. He's very fun to use if your opponent isn't playing super campy, but even then he has tools to deal with that. For example, he has light armor when crouching, or crawling, allowing him to soak up projectiles or aerial approaches.
