Jack, Your ingenuity just blows me away...
Thank you so much! My grandmother can't afford a wheelchair and I am going to give her my hoverboard!me and my dad will will make it!
A little black paint on the chair and chasis to match the front wheels, and also one screw in each chair leg to secure it and voilà, this is just so cool, tnx for sharing it!!!
Jack vs Izzy street racing just has to be next. Yours has hands-free technology. Great vid mate.
I'm giggling thinking of you wafting round the neighbourhood reading the paper or eating a bowl of cereal or something like that! Gotta do a follow up mate - head out on the highway!!
Awesome! Can't wait for the first hoverboard chair racing video...
I love ideas that help keep people their mobility! Great stuff.
That's great creativity and workmanship.
Jack, that wins as the best UA-cam video of the day. Loved it!
This is awesome. Pretty sure this is the next hoveround.
This is the simplest and easiest one among all others. Wish you goo luck!
Now I'll never have to stand up again! YAY!
Brilliant. And suddenly I want a hoverboard.
Congratulations Big Jack. Jack's Hoverboard
We need this for my parents, They are old Slovaks in PA but for small travel, Sir, you are Genius! Love it!!!!
People pay thousands for mobility scooters. You may have killed an industry.
only if this thing clears the entrance of a walmart
My words exactly. How long does the battery last?
People in those scooters are either too lazy or too handicapped to make this
Jay Aeecee cgi was kostet es wo gibt man sowas her mit was läuft das mit Batterie oder was
Jay Aeecee Depends on the hoverboard you use
Great Jack! A hug from Brazil!
you are a genius, always a pleasure to see you working, please continue
this is your best project jack
truly a marvel, and good enough for me to post on Facebook.
I like it. It gets the job done and that's what matters
😄 Love it! That's so funny, and such a good idea! These were such a quick fad, I bought 2 that were played with for about 3 months and now they sit, I feel the need to build this!
I love your attitude. This idea and its execution rocks!
Really nice project Jack! Practical and fun all at the same time.
Very awsome Jack. Great build & ride!
Love it Jack! You and Izzy need to get together and ride your machines around the neighborhood!!!! -Brian
Glad I don't own an Independent Living Equipment factory, 'cos my share-price just crashed! Each week you re-invent a piece of standard expensive rehab gear and turn it into a fun DIY project. I love your creativity.
Nice idea.
Hope your recovery is going well!
Glad to see you back!
What a great idea Jack now all you have to do is swap out the chair for a nice cushy one like a computer chair put a carry rack on the back or a trailer and then you can go to the shops !!! Haha ! Seeya Rob
Jack, you NEVER cease to amaze me!!
Kid-tested!!! fun build, Jack
A master carpenter!
Jack, you always make interesting projects but this one is exceptional! Thanks for the video
Made one for my grandmother (she cant walk that good)
Never seen her so happy ^^

+Jack Houweling yeah that should be possible, but im going to see her at the earliest in a week
Now that's my kind of hoverboard. Nice job Jack.

Nicely done. You've made yet another project that I would never think of.
Now to crank up the speed on that thing!
That worked out alright! You're fearless mate - love this project and vid.
Bravo sir! Awesome build.
you need to get that patented, that's so cool man
I found this channel just now. I have to say I love it! I would never have thought to stick the rod in the drill like that.
As always, your creativity really impressed me!
Awesome build!
I'm impressed with the build! But i'm more impressed that you thought up such a neat idea.
You and Izzy must race these chairs, btw he's already a bit ahead with his beer on tap. This is pretty cool in its elegance. Thx
sweet project Jack, every time i see one of these i always think of the movie Wall-E
Love the idea. Can't wait t make one to get around the house. Betting than the power chair. THNX
Such a clever idea. Great video.

Awesome! So fun! Thanks for sharing!
That was great! I held a smile for a minute straight on this one.
Thanks Jack ;)
your videos are awesome by the way
Great idea! Needs a seatbelt though. Haha. Safety first!
You're too much Jack. Always coming up with cool projects. The smile on your face as you are riding your chair towards the camera is priceless. Great idea that I'm surprised the wheelchair industry hasn't picked up on. But you better secure that chair to the base or you will be needing to use it temporarily as wheelchair yourself. Haha. Looks like your daughter enjoyed it also. What's next: Jack's hover chair races?
That's actually a very cheap electric wheelchair. Nice! And I am glad you are feeling much better now.
Jack, great idea, loved it...
6:17 They see me rolling. Lol
Great project
Hah at the end of the video, where she is texting and hovering. A new way to get a ticket! lol
That's impressive! Well done.
Jack this was really cool!!
Only you would come up with an idea like that Jack. 😀😀
Amazing Jack! If you put a lever to drive it, anyone could use it, even those who can not walk. Great idea!
IIRC from a tear down video, the footplates actuate switches as they tilt forwards/backwards. For those with better arm/hand than leg/foot control one could probably hack in an additional set of switches parallel with the internal ones, and mount them on a set of handlebars - if one is more electronically than mechanically inclined :-)
awesome job jack
very cool Jack!!
wow Jack !!! amazing .... i think you may have Colin Furze , a little bit worried ,, ha ha ha ... Great Job !!
Great Idea! Powerwheels for adults!
Jack, I love it! That is so cool man! Don't forget your fire extinguisher.
You always come up with great ideas ... this is the coolest !!!! Thanks for sharing.

Still, great project!
Great idea, Jack. I really enjoy your channel and look forward to the next video.
Holy cow that was funny. Next thought - holy cow that's clever. Good job!
Safest one I've seen. Awesome.
Jack that is very cool! I think that could be more useful and transportable than my electric wheelchair.
Ahahahaha this was a funny build Jack!
Too cool Jack!
I want hoverboard but scare too much of injuries, that is perfect solution for this.. : D
Great job. I've had the same idea. Glad to see that it's possible. Thanks for sharing.
