If I am being completely honest and unbiased, I would rank the two mods like this: Beats: Overall both of the mods did a good job here, they support each other well and don't have unnecesary complications, expect for Beat 3 from I.A's pit because I don't really know what that thing is doing. Not much else to say. Effects: The bass in Flow Studio's pit is much better than the electric basses used in I.A's pit in my opinion. But the dubstep noises and and the electric guitar is also not a thing to pass on, so I think we have another tie. Melodies: Yeah, I think Flow Studio wins this one. The brass is much better, the electric guitar is actually in the right section, the synth plucks in Melody 4 are much more sustainable then Melody 3 in I.A's pit and don't have random ambience noises. Also no pixel guy from the teaser in I.A's pit and that fucking abomination so called "Melody 5" really brings it down. The only thing it's got going for it is Melody 2 which I'll admit is really nice. Voices: Again, I think Flow Studio wins this one too. The first voice is actually pretty good in I.A's pit, but then it goes all down hill. William sings the wrong part, the robot guy is just better as a choir imo, the telephone polo in Flow Studio is much cleaner than Voice 4 in I.A's pit, and Matpat easily beats whatever the fuck Voice 5 is. The voices kinda clash into each other in both versions, but it's much more noticable in I.A's pit. Secret polo: You know what, I always liked the bite of 87 meme but The Puppet is also really well made, I'll give this a tie. I.A: 7.5/10 Flow Studio: 9.1/10 I think Flow Studio won the battle here, but I can't say I.A's mod was a complete dissapointment. They both have some good mixing potential. Thanks for listening to my yapping and have a good say.
6:52 Today we learn Artemy has never heard either a trumpet or trombone before! (I guess it’s technically a BASS trombone, but still, that’s nowhere near a trumpet.) (Thing is, it’s not just Artemy. I’m starting to notice not a lot of people really know what instruments exist or are able to even really pin down what they do know sounds like. I wonder why.)
i don't think everyone was taught properly with distinction of instruments, or that they usually are not given emphasis. so even if you're taught about them, you'll soon forget because they won't teach you about them after you've tackled them once or twice.
It was a bass trombone and a tuba when it was recorded, but in the world of electronic music, samples of low brass instruments are just called "brass" or "brass horns"
@@Thesmus Sure, but some people have not been able to tell what very iconic instruments are. For example, sometimes people can’t tell what’s a snare or hi-hat.
@@Sketchitinahat the examples you gave i don't think everyone will know, i don't think we could consider this general knowledge. snare and hihats are parts of a drum, so if you just say drum people will know what's that. but hihat? snare? i don't think so... acoustic guitar, ukelele and bass. now these three i consider iconic instruments and i know people can easily tell which is which.
Overall, this one has the same amount of quality as IA's, they just go in different directions with it, in both the designs are good, and the sounds are good!
I only have one problem with this mod, I wish effect 3's growl was a bit louder, but overall I like both Into the Pit mods equally, each have their own flaw (one has more but still), also I'm pretty both are not fully finished so my opinion might change in the future. This is all my opinion and stuff
Here's my opinion on this mod. Pallets are good, Sprites are bad (the animatronics looks nice, but the normal sprites are awful) Animations are interessing but too classic in the majority, Sounds are clean but not as good as i trusted. The artistic direction is really, really bad, why tf no one said "into the pit logo is making me blind" And the bonus... They tried, they really tried.. but i cant even try to watch it again. In overall its a good mod but with some problems. 6,9/10
@incrediblox917 IA's not that bad, but he didn't make much refefferences, + its laggy + some sounds are isolated with AI and Lex's feel more like incredibox style and spritesheets are not a mess
@incrediblox917 another what? You want more bad stuff about this mod?? Well.... There is no bonus in IA's version, he even said that he was going to make one, beat's palette are sh*t, the colors are just not it. (Looks like a crappy scratch mod) The voices are not even good, (the voices IA made, cuz all the other voices are from the actual song) The secret character is a dumb joke and its not even animated correctly The mod seems to be about the game "my singing monsters" because almost all the polos are about that game. Beat 4 and 5 animations are bad made, i mean, just look at them wtf... IA's version name is "the pit" while the actual name is "into the pit" so Lex got it right. There is also a the last day bonus sound in the files, that means IA tried to do a bonus, but just didn't want to. (He is lazy af) You still want more?
Still waiting for two faces version Edit. Ok i didn't know the creators of this mod were also working on a two faces mod i just said this because i wanted a mod kinda like personfrombrazils mod the last day where its like an actual version
@@Jessebonnie I know I’m talking about the Incredibox mod that was titled “The Pit”. The one with Bonnie in the beats and the weird creatures in the effects and melodies
Originally, the mod was developed by Flow Studio, that still had Incredibox Animator in it. But then after he got kicked out, it got separated into two versions: one made by IA, and other by the rest of Flow Studio.
The virgin IA's version: -Palletes aren't that bad, except if we're talking about the beats, that one f***ing sucks -Only a few polos are actually referencing FNAF, the rest is just random bull***t -The voices sound weird -Voice 5 is basically an effect 6 that was put there because there was no more space -The designs are overdetailed, but while a lot of mods have actually good overdetailed designs, but imo IA's look hideous af The chad Flow Studios version: -All the palettes work pretty well -Most of the polos are actually references, even to content creators like MatPat or Markiplier -The voices sound cool and professional -Voice 5 is an actual voice -The designs are clean, have a moderate level of detail and look more like the actual Incredibox artstyle
This version is good where the other version isn’t and vice versa. If they were combined it’s straight perfection

Real, sound wise AI did amazing with the vibe, the only good thing from the flow studio version are the voices.
Tbh this is better than Ia version
I like this mod a lot, but the one thing I can't defend is the rhyme between "come" and "outcome" in voice 3.
That's how it is in the original song

Am I hearing some inspiration from The Lost Woods from Ocarina of Time in the melodies?
