I watched a video that showed how to use a die when you don't have a machine. The woman used the back of a metal spoon or a metal butter knife handle. She used the modified tools to press and rub along the die, and the die cut through the cardstock. You could do the same for the edges that don't go into the machine for the cutout border.

Beautiful cards and simple but charming colouring! For those who don’t have a wider die cut machine, you can get a similar effect with drawing a cut line and fussy cutting your card base. Then you can follow Bibi’s steps to add the acetate and complete your card.

Clever! I'd cut a mirror image of a coordinating scrapbook paper for the inside to cover up the raw edge of the acetate.
She glued the acetate to the front and hid it beneath the colored die cut. There is no raw edge to hide.
It could be done either way. The scrapbook paper would be pretty on the inside.

Beautiful cards! I don’t understand why you needed the sticky mat with the stamp wheel as the stamp wheel already has a sticky mat.
Hi, thank you. it is to add more cushion. I found that by doing this, the stamp is closer to the lid ( just a little bit) so that, I get a better-stamped image with certain inks without having to do much pressure. x
