I think all of the members of Mamamoo have proven time and time again that they know the mechanics of sounds and even more important, they know the mechanics of their own voices. Usually when they suggest changes either in writing or tone, it sounds much better than the original plan.
Experience, talent, hard work and most importantly love. That is something i notice in every song. Not the copy paste bullshit by other k Pop groups *cough* blackpink.

@@filowang425 actually, for me, as much as I like them, and I do, they can't really compete with any group... "Vocal wise", they simply don't work as a kpop group. Is more like a western pop, very mainstream, very ordinary... Not that they don't have talent, but, they don't use it like a kpop group should...
If they (BP) didn't debut in a big company (YG) they won't be big, and talent wise Rosé is the only qualified to be the vocalist. I think they're better to be soloist like the other fans are saying.

What people don't understand about producing is that you must be a musician. Period. You have to know the chords, the progressions, the scales, the harmonic fields... You must be able to hear a song and tell what key is... There is a lot more involved than just like music or know how to sing...
But Soyeon is just to cocky sometimes.😅
@@guilhermev3545not even that she’s way out of their reach. Soyeon has a wildly different style. I don’t think, but’s that’s just my opinion, that mamamoo fits that style. I think Soyeon puts an immense amount of effort into her songs and she’s incredibly creative. You don’t see that everyday. But mamamoo’s music style doesn’t seem to match with her
