In the first Naughty bear in the loading screen they tell us that "Naughty bear doesn't hear any voices in his head except for the charming gentleman who makes him kill"
Naughty bear , a hero who always brings Justice and kills the evil wrongdoing bears who deserve to die. A couple of the bears are even more naughty than Naughty bear , like the quantum one and the shark plant one . So i don't think the narrator is evil ( or telling him evil things to do) or cold , it is the bears besides naughty which are cold and evil. It is the narrator telling him good things to do which makes the world a better place after naughty kills them.
OH CRAP, Cozy found out the exact location of Naughty's hut on the island and sold hi out to the Army! Bastard even provided a BIGASS cannon huge enough to blast the hut in a single shot! Time for more self-defensive massacring! Got a costume! But that's a private, you need a General..... Gunnin' down fools left and right! XD Just like at the circus! Except the ammo's not going to land in a net.....XD As usual, military leaders merely argue instead actually doing something. XD
Excuse me JohnnyDFox, but I'm the administrator for the Naughty Bear Wiki, and we could use a comprehensive list of the Army Bears from Panic in Paradise. A complete list of them as it is the first faction we are updating for the second game. Some behavioral traits or habits would also be very useful and appreciated. Thank you.

Fun fact: They changed Colonel Ketchup's fur color since the last game.

It's not an upgrade, it's doable right from the start. Just press the Boo! shoulder button lightly instead of hard.
