5 Things You Need To Know Before becoming a Pharmacy Technician

In this video, I share my experience working as a pharmacy technician at Walgreens. I provide you with 5 things you need to know before becoming a technician to ensure this is a position you are willing to take and to prepare you for what you should expect working in a retail pharmacy. The first thing I discuss is understanding you do not need to be certified to begin working in a pharmacy setting. The second thing is you must be prepared to communicate all day. The third thing is to be comfortable standing up all day. The fourth thing is to be okay with not knowing how to pronounce drug names.. The final thing I share with you is to prepare yourself to work under pressure.
