Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us! So glad I found your channel…enjoying every stitch! Love your whimsical style and easy going manner in which you demonstrate your work.
I, too, am fascinated by the simplicity and ease of this bird project. Taking a scribble of a child’s artwork can become a magnificent creature that can hop from branch to branch. Such a perfect transitional action that invites a new stitcher to the surprises we call art. Off to write a note to my grandchildren to see if they wish to share their ideas with me and see where they will lead us. Thank you for all these videos!
In viewing several of your videos already I am learning so much. The little shortcuts and embellishments created just by thinking in less complex motions when sewing makes any idea work into something magical that tells a personal story about the style we create with our thoughts. Thank you!🪡💕
Thank you. Yes it’s the personal story that makes any art meaningful and allows each of us to express our own personal style. ultimately that is much more satisfying than trying to replicate someone else’s exact lines.
Hi Misti, this is a great demonstration,, and very inspirational,,love the scrappy little blue bird! Love your little tips on how to use up thread as not to waist it, thanks again. Shirley

So simple but beautiful ❤ This is a great project for me to make with my granddaughters who are showing an interest in learning slow stitching.
Thanks I actually designed it for a youth workshop, so I think it would be a great introduction to slow stitching for your granddaughters

I love your project, you make look it easy! Thank you for sharing
Thank you! It is easy. Many things are easy if we choose to ignore that little voice that tells us that what we are doing is "not good enough"
You make it ok so easy 😅
It is easy, if you let go of your ideas of what it "should" look like
