    Hey DT, love that you've put all of this together for those PCSing to Germany! We've been here two years now and definitely looked at some of your videos before we moved to Graf. So, THANK YOU!
    Also, you stopped by my office the other day (by the VAT office) and chatted with my co-workers and I for a few minutes. It was great to finally meet you! Keep up the great content brother!

    Hey Daniel, thanks so much for this stuff, man. It’s been incredibly helpful. Been watching your stuff for months now. My wife and I are pcs’ing probably in a few months (DoD civilian job), so we’re definitely gonna look into your checklist stuff. But I have kind of a specific question I’m trying to answer and I was wondering if you knew anything about it? I’ve heard that if you have to sell your house as part of the pcs process, you are actually entitled to a refund of the realtor’s fee from the sale of your house? Have you heard anything like that before? Thanks for any reply, man, and keep up the great stuff! (I’m going through the Used Car Guys because of you. VERY helpful video. 😊)

      Hey there 👋🏾 Thanks for watching my friend, I really appreciate the support and look forward to providing more insight for you and the wife before your move. I’ve never heard of a “refund of the realtor’s fee” from selling your home before PCSing 🤔 I asked my realtor contact here and they’ve never heard of this either, mainly because the military doesn’t force you to sell your home (esp for civilians who can choose to come here), so I don’t think civilians or military are entitled to a reimbursement/refund. If I’m mistaken, I’d love to learn more so I can educate my audience 😊 Also, good to know you’re working with Used Car Guys, tell David and the team I said to give you the best the possible deal they can offer 😉. Do u mind telling me your name so I can tell them to be on the lookout? 👀 Thx!

    This is so helpful. I am nervous man, wife has orders to go to K town in November, and I'm a DOD employee, so finding a job out there is gonna be tough.
    What are your thoughts on POVs? Would you bring yours or sell it and get one out there? How would that work? As well as I am a sneaker collector and a reseller, so when packing how can I avoid any of my stuff to get lost or stolen or anything like that? I do appreciate your content and god bless yah

      No stress my guy, this is gonna be one of the most exciting times of your lives 🤘🏾 Ktown has a lot to offer and I have many videos about it. For POVs, I’d recommend shipping one car (cuz it’s free), and maybe getting another (if you need it) when you arrive. Look at my POV advice here: www.dtvdanieltelevision.com/2019/11/04/pcs-to-germany-welcome-to-grafenwoehr-checklist-shipping-a-car-overseas/

      Good question. I actually have not seen chargers in this housing area (Graf/Vilseck), but I have seen them in the bigger cities throughout the KMC.

    Can we get the Sip passports blue and red at our local usps or we have to go through our transportation office on the installation.

    • @DTVDanielTelevision
      @DTVDanielTelevision 4 місяці тому

      Tourist passports can be obtained at USPS, but SIP passports need to be issued through the base. You’ll first need your orders, then go to the passport website for Ramstein and follow the instructions. Sounds like you need my checklist lol. This will organize your transition to Germany (in order of importance), and provide blogs/videos to support each step: dtv-daniel-television.sellfy.store/p/free-pcs-to-germany-checklist/

      I don’t. That’s actually not that common, but what specifically are you looking for?
