Just a while ago I've played the diamond store heist and I got an escape mission that required me to deliver 14 bags to the van in 3,5 minutes. That's about 22 seconds per bag. I ended up leaving the heist rage quitting after 5th attempt

I got the king of the hill achievement randomly by playing the escape mission xd

King of the hill is NOT the hardest escape achievement. The Garage one is, mostly because of the RNG involved to get it when you actually have enough bags.

Yea it's either sit down and make 8 meth bags and roll the 50/50 or transport harbor or something like that I think one of them was a good heist to try and get the garage escape

Just your basic melee build, Sociopath with most of the Fugitive (Brawler) tree filled out I think
